Meet Our Managing Artistic Director
Yeah, she's a California girl. But her heart belongs here in Gissy.
Dinna achieved a degree in Theatre Arts from San José State University that allowed her to segue into a successful theatre career spanning 30 years. She has designed and directed over 100 productions, and was the Founder and Executive Director of Silicon Valley Shakespeare for 17 years.
Dinna moved to Gisborne in 2015, and is excited to bring her passion for great theatre arts to her new home. Her substantial background in all aspects of theatrical production, love for the performing arts, and decades of experience in nonprofit management make her the perfect chef to cook up some wonderful theatre education and experiences here in Gisborne.
